The bag carries the roast date, so you can see exactly when it was made.
Whole bean is best between 4 and 8 weeks; ground, a few days. Keep it in a sealed bag at room temperature, away from light — the fridge doesn't help, and the freezer only works if you don't keep opening it.

Which coffees are inside?
In light roast, La Lapa (Costa Rica), Guayacán (Guatemala), Oromo (Ethiopia) and Popayán (Colombia). In medium roast, El Tucán (Costa Rica), Encino (Guatemala), Afar (Ethiopia) and Cartagena (Colombia).
Which roast should I choose?
Light is fruitier and brighter, medium has more body and chocolate. We do not make a dark-roast filter.
How do I brew it?
Hang the filter on the rim of a mug and pour 150–180 ml of hot water through it in a few passes. No grinder and no coffee maker needed.
