Our green coffees

One green coffee, one producer, one harvest

We do not blend and we do not stockpile. Every one of our specialty coffees comes from a single producer and a single harvest, and we bring in only as much as we can roast while it is fresh. The sack icon shows how much is left.

  • One sack, one story

We do not blend. Every coffee comes from one producer and one harvest — the farm's name, the altitude and the variety are all on that coffee's own page.

  • Every bag carries its LOT number

The roast date and the LOT number are printed on every bag. We keep the record long after the coffee is gone — years later we can still tell you which sack it came from.

  • Recyclable packaging

What we leave behind matters to us. Every piece of packaging the coffee reaches you in is fully recyclable.

One green coffee.Three roasts.

We roast the same green coffee light, medium and dark. Not to give you a choice for its own sake, but because the same bean is three different coffees — light is fruity and bright, dark is chocolatey and full-bodied, medium sits between them. If specialty coffee has never been your thing, the coffee was probably not the problem: you had only tasted one end of it.

Coffee community

Come and find us
over a cup.

Not every Saturday, but often, we are at the Vác market. We hold public cuppings at the roastery, and we take the coffee to company mornings, weddings and festivals. All of it is the same thing: we sit down, pour a few cups, and talk about what you can taste in them.

888 grams, three bags

That is what fits in the drum at once, and it comes out as exactly three 250 g bags. Small batches, often — which is why every bag carries a fresh roast date.
