Café Navarro termékei
| The Navarro coffee is orginated from Costa Rica, in the Tarrazu regio and more precisely from the farm Los Encinos; a 4 acres parcel belonging to Eduardo Navarro Ceciliano and its family. When he took over the management of the farm Eduardo wished to move to a specialty coffee production. He acquired at the same time several new farms, seven as of today which are all managed by Eduardo, his wife and their 6 children. Each member of the family takes car of his own farm respecting their fundamental value pillars ; passion, excellence and sustainability. |
The farms being all fragmented , the Navarros started working with microlots that they sent to their neighbours for processing. At this moment our importer Belco started working with the Navarros coffee. In 2016, the family invested in a wet mill in order to control the processing of their own coffees which they named "Coffee Nace", contracting their family names Navarro et Ceciliano.
In their different farms(San Cristobal, Los Angeles, La Guaria, La Guaria 2, Rio Conejo, San gabriel et El Rosario), the productors decided not to use any herbicide.
