One roast from this sack
So far there is one roast from this sack. When the other two are made, they will appear here.
This coffee comes from Rwanda's Western Province, with plots climbing to 2200 metres. The growers of the Abadatezuka cooperative bring their harvest to the Cyato washing station. Vanilla, pear, milk caramel — soft, round and surprisingly sweet.
The producer
Abadatezuka Cooperative
A smallholder cooperative, washed at the Cyato station.
Rwanda, Nyamasheke, between 1,850 and 2,200 metres. There is only a medium roast of this one for now — not on principle, but because this is all the sack there was, and splitting it three ways would have left too little of each. Vanilla, pear, milk caramel. A round coffee with no edges.
