Excellent grade specialty 100% Arabica whole-bean coffee from El Salvador (Chalate microlot, 1800meters above sea level), washed processed, in a medium roast. Available in 250g or 500g.
This 100% Arabica whole-bean coffee origins is El Salvador. The Chalate microlot of Luis Alonzo Hernandez is 1800 meters above sea level.
The coffee cherries are picked, and depulped before a dry fermentation of between 8–16 hours, after which the coffee is Washed processed and dried on patios for 6–8 days.
Whole-bean 100% Arabica coffee.
This coffee is delivered to you with a Medium roast.
The packaging is fully recyclable (level 4) in plastic waste.
